If the pandemic taught educators anything, it was that students want to be able to tailor their experience based on their preferences, whether that be pre-planning how they might want to attend class or deciding the hour before class what works best for them. Institutions must take this post pandemic reality as the impetus for recreating and redefining the value of higher education and to invest in strengthening tools for improved student success
