At the University of North Carolina, BlueSky Innovations recently tested the first ever 8K virtual reality livestream. With the help of MediaMonks, this VR Stream was the first of its kind to ever be broadcast. Incredibly, the team leveraged cloud-based technology to produce the stream almost entirely remote.
