Booth Variance Request Form

Deadline: May 5, 2025

Only exhibitors requesting variances and/or exhibits that do not comply with the Exposition Rules and Regulations as outlined in the Exhibitor Manual must complete this form. Verbal approvals will not be granted. Please note that form submissions are not approved until you receive email confirmation from Show Management. 

Please attach a detailed drawing or schematic of the booth layout including the heights and widths of all structures, towers, graphics, truss, etc.
