Cocktails & Connections: Show-wide Happy Hours

Join us in show-wide happy hours to connect with your customers and prospects during the final hour on the show floor. There will be several InfoComm pop-up bars on the floor to celebrate success and we would like to include any plans you may have to do the same. All participating exhibitors must complete the Booth Alcohol Service Request Form & follow InfoComm alcohol polices within the IC25 Rules & Regulations.

 

FAQs:

When is Cocktails & Connections? During the final hour on the show floor on Wednesday June 11 and Thursday June 12, 2025. (4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. ET)

 

- Can I host a happy hour in my booth longer than one hour? Yes! You are welcome to begin your happy hour before 4:00 p.m. Please complete the Booth Alcohol Service Request Form and review the policies listed on the form. 

- Does it cost anything to participate in Cocktails and Connections? There are no fees to participate except for what you would like to order/host in your booth from Sodexo Live!. Exhibitors are responsible for all Food & Beverage costs that are hosted within their booth space.  

 

- Can I bring my own Food & Beverages for my booth? No, all food & beverages must be purchased from the Orange County Convention Center F&B provider, Sodexo Live!.

 

- What if my booth doesn't meet the minimum requirements (400 n.s.f.) to serve alcohol? Sodexo has many great non-alcoholic options for your booth! Review the Exhibitor Favorites on menu pages 21-25. You are also welcome to enjoy the InfoComm pop-up bars around the show floor. 

 

 - How are participating exhibitors promoted? Participating exhibitors will be featured on the InfoComm website and in promotions.
