Instructors

Graeme Scott

Graeme Scott

Prior to joining the world of AV with HARMAN, Graeme served in the British Army in a communications environment, covering RF, Digital and large scalable networks.
He began his AV Career with HARMAN in 2005 and has been in roles such as Customer Service, Technical Sales, where he was responsible for customer design specifications, trade shows and exhibitions, moving into the training role in 2014.
A firm believer in education and certification he has held CTS Certification since 2007.

 

Paul Streffon

Paul Streffon, Senior Staff Instructor/Technical Advisor for AVIXA, has more than 35 years of experience in the AV industry.  He has worked in many different areas within the industry: production, system design, installation, sales, marketing, management, and education. Most recently Paul was Director of Sales for tvONE, Inc. 
He was National Sales Manager for Digital Processing Systems and a regional technical supervisor for Sony Electronics.  Streffon holds two degrees, an M.B.A., Management and Business, and a B.S. in Broadcast Electronics.  He also earned an FCC Commercial Operator license. Paul is an AV volunteer for his local church community.
Stuart Willcocks

Stuart Willcocks

Stuart is the Technical Lead for Google's AV Product Engineering team. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, a Master’s degree in Network Engineering, and both AVIXA CTS-D and CTS-I certifications. He is a Chartered Engineer and a member of the IET.
Stuart's career in the AV industry began thirty five years ago. He originally trained as a lighting designer and sound engineer, enjoying several years working in theatre and live events. Later he joined the BBC, working on a variety of broadcast infrastructure projects. This was followed by ten years designing and building audio-visual and interactive experiences for museums and exhibitions around the world. Prior to joining Google, he was responsible for running a cutting-edge event space for use by partners of the McLaren F1 team.
