Fairfax, VA — November 18, 2015 — InfoComm International®, the trade association representing the commercial audiovisual industry worldwide, is pleased to announce its professional development program for Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) 2016, Feb. 9-12 in Amsterdam.
ISE is a joint venture between InfoComm and CEDIA, the two leading industry associations for the global audiovisual industry. The fast-growing show welcomed more than 1,000 exhibitors and 60,000 attendees in 2015. The show historically runs for three days, but will add a fourth day in 2016 to accommodate the growing crowds.
At ISE 2016, InfoComm’s comprehensive education and training lineup will feature sessions in three different formats: InfoComm Conferences, InfoComm MasterClass sessions and InfoComm FlashTracks. The different formats allow attendees to choose from half-day, three-hour or quick 20-minute courses and presentations on a wide range of industry topics. All sessions provide renewal units (RU) toward the Certified Technology Specialist™ (CTS®) certification.
“For ISE 2016, we built an enriched and diverse educational program,” said Pamela M. Taggart, Senior Director of Development Europe, InfoComm International. “We wanted to mature our focus and go beyond basic training. This program does that by offering sessions focused around how we can improve the way we do business, in addition to deep dives into technology applications, key markets and much more. Professionals of all levels can participate by investing as little as 20 minutes to a half-day.”
The InfoComm Conferences are two half-day sessions held during the show. Each conference is worth three CTS, CTS-D, or CTS-I renewal units.
InfoComm for Higher Education: What’s Working Now will focus on technology advancements and integration tools and strategies for higher education facilities. The session wraps with a networking reception.
InfoComm for AV Executives: What’s Working Now will concentrate on the importance of actively creating, fostering and sustaining an aligned corporate culture. The conference and panel will include executives from well-respected companies who have garnered success in developing and maintaining a healthy corporate culture. This session kicks off with a breakfast.
