With the first group of confirmed exhibitors, defined spaces, and networking and training programs under development, organization of the inaugural edition of InfoComm América Latina is progressing rapidly. This significant event is set to take place at the CIEC WTC in Mexico City in October 2025.
Mexico City, Mexico – December 4, 2024 – AVIXA (the Audiovisual and Integrated Experience Association) is pleased to share the latest news regarding the exhibition floor and demo rooms, the program of activities, and the first list of confirmed exhibitors for InfoComm América Latina, the trade show for the professional audiovisual industry in Latin America. The first edition will take place in Mexico City, from October 22 to 24, 2025, at the Centro Internacional de Exposiciones y Convenciones WTC. At InfoComm América Latina, attendees can explore the latest audiovisual innovations and trends, participate in product demonstrations, engage with a robust educational program, and connect with professionals from leading companies to explore business opportunities.
The Latin American AV integration industry deserves an InfoComm trade show.
Produced by AVIXA, InfoComm América Latina is geared towards the AV systems integrator community, IT professionals, manufacturers, distributors, and end-users within the dynamic audiovisual integration sector. This industry unites engineers, designers, and technical specialists who combine their talents with audio, video, content production and distribution, networks, and software advancements, creating solutions that facilitate collaboration, information deployment, learning processes, entertainment, security, and more.
"Our industry grows year after year thanks to the efforts of Latin American companies and professionals who understand the needs of their customers and offer them tailored AV technology solutions," explained Rodrigo Casassus Coke, CTS, Senior Director, Latin America and the Caribbean, AVIXA. “By launching InfoComm América Latina in Mexico, we aim to drive this growth and raise awareness of the scope and role of our industry, which is why we’ve committed to organizing this show with the same quality standards that AVIXA upholds for all InfoComm shows.”
The audiovisual integration industry in Latin America is on a significant growth trajectory. By the end of 2024, revenues are expected to exceed USD 14 billion, with Brazil and Mexico as its main markets. Mexico, with revenues of USD 3.1 billion in 2024, stands out due to investments in various AV integration projects within corporate spaces, AV technology solutions for education and training, conferencing and collaboration, and the acquisition of software, audio, video, and content management products. The regional projections are highly optimistic, with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 5.2%, which forecasts industry revenue in Latin America to reach USD 18.2 billion by 2029. This promising outlook underscores the potential for growth and innovation in the AV integration industry in Latin America. (Sources: AVIXA Market Intelligence IOTA 2024 and MOAR 2024 Q3 reports).
InfoComm América Latina will feature leading AV companies, audio demo rooms, education, and more.
The Centro Internacional de Exposiciones y Convenciones WTC (CIEC WTC), a renowned venue for large-scale events in the heart of Mexico City, will provide the perfect setting for InfoComm América Latina. With less than twelve months to go before the event’s ribbon-cutting, the group of confirmed exhibitors includes more than 20 companies—manufacturers, distributors, and integrators of products and technology solutions—such as Absen Holdings, Almacenes Audiovisuales, ATEN International, BZBGEAR, Crestron Latin America, Datapath Ltd., Dinalight, Ela Shipping Group, Extron, Gonher Pro, Grupo Niza, L-Acoustics, LEDEC Technology, Maxhub, Meitec Led México, Meyer Sound, Muxlab, Representaciones de Audio, Sennheiser, SYSCOM, and Wesco Anixter.
InfoComm América Latina will occupy a large exhibition floor on the second level of the CIEC WTC along with six demo rooms, and two additional rooms for educational sessions, delivering a comprehensive and engaging experience for all attendees.
The demo rooms will provide an ideal environment for audio companies to showcase the performance of their products and solutions in a controlled environment. Furthermore, by being separate from the exhibition floor, the sound of the demo sessions will not interfere with conversations between visitors and exhibitors.
The educational program at InfoComm América Latina is designed to equip attendees with the latest knowledge and skills in the AV integration industry. It will include an in-person edition of Congreso AVIXA, specialized training sessions led by experts in different fields, and training provided by manufacturing companies.
Like other AVIXA-produced trade shows, there will be multiple networking spaces and activities. Among those confirmed are the AVIXA Women's Council event and a series of meet ups, which are one-hour meetings divided according to specific topics and professional profiles.
In a recent meeting with the first confirmed exhibitors, the AVIXA Latin America team presented the communication and marketing campaign details and unveiled the event’s visual identity. This image reflects the quality and values of InfoComm trade shows held worldwide, expressing the commitment to excellence and innovation that defines these international events, ensuring an outstanding experience for all participants.
InfoComm América Latina joins the list of trade shows and conferences produced by AVIXA and its partners, including InfoComm (Las Vegas and Orlando in the U.S.), InfoComm China (Beijing), InfoComm India (Mumbai), InfoComm Asia (Bangkok), Integrate (Sydney, Australia), and Integrated Systems Europe (Barcelona, Spain).
