• Jim McGuinness has been in the electronics industry for 40 years and came onboard with TOA Electronics in 2012.
• As the Product Support Group Supervisor, he provides tier 2 product support nationally across the entire line of TOA products.
• In 2019 he became a system designer for the product line for TOA's free design program.
• Additionally, he does site visits for troubleshooting and system commissioning and is involved with product demonstrations.
• He is active in new product suggestions, assisting TOA's engineering team with their development of future products. Jim also provides programming assistance with TOA equipment, helping and supporting dealers with their install projects.

• Daniel has been with TOA for over 12 years now, as the Engineering Manager for TOA’s life safety line of products.
• He currently lives in the Chicago area with his wife Linda and their dog Thelma.
