• Tess manages Six Sigma projects to optimize processes and increase efficiency.
• She joined Northern Trust in October 2021. 
• Prior to NT, Tess worked at JPMorgan Chase for eight years in a variety of roles.
• Most recently, she worked as a Vice President in project execution for their Corporate & Investment Bank technology department.
• Her projects included leading the Agile training strategy program, assisting with the JIRA standardization program, and overseeing the development and implementation of new workflow technology.
• Tess is currently enrolled at Purdue University, obtaining a master’s degree in management and leadership, with a focus in Global Business.
• She holds certificates in Project Management and completed the Six Sigma Black Belt coursework.
• In her free time, Tess enjoys traveling and hopes to visit every country in her lifetime.

Christopher Hewitt

• Chris Hewitt is an experienced manager specializing in Classroom Technical Support at the University of Guelph.
• With a strong background in AV technology and team leadership, he ensures the seamless operation of classroom technology across the campus.
• Chris is skilled in managing unionized workers and is dedicated to enhancing professional development within his team.
• He has actively engaged in industry events like InfoComm and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA to strengthen his management skills further.
• Chris is also known for his strategic approach to problem-solving and his commitment to improving the learning environment at the University.

• As Director of Operations, Matt has lead a talented team of managers and technical experts and oversee daily operations.
• He's had the pleasure of managing high-profile projects such as the CN Tower’s Edge Walk, Canon Canada’s head office, the Toronto Stock Exchange’s broadcast studio, Windsor University’s award-winning Esports arena, and the recent Scotiabank Arena project.
• Passionate about giving back to the industry, he holds certifications like CTS-I, Master Crestron Programmer, and Prince2, and is dedicated to mentoring and coaching the next generation of AV professionals.
• He's excited to connect, share insights, and help pave the way for the future.
