Instructors

Jonathan is a principal of Brawn Consulting, an audiovisual consulting, educational, and marketing firm with national exposure. Jonathan has two decades of experience in design, integration, and development of educational programs. Previously, Jonathan was Director of Technical Services for Visual Appliances, and ran his own design/build group, Brawn & Associates. Jonathan holds CTS certification and been senior AVIXA faculty. In 2020, Jonathan was awarded Educator of the Year from AVIXA. He also received the InfoComm 2012 Young AV Professional award. He worked on standards as part of PISCR, DISCAS, and ISCR, and currently serves on the AVIXA Standards Steering Committee.

Raul Suarez is the Director of Client Success at Snap Install, Inc., where he leads the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring seamless integration, clear communication, and exceptional service delivery. He is also responsible for fostering strategic partnerships, working closely with Snap Install’s clients to enhance their value proposition through Snap’s tailored service offerings. With a strong focus on client experience and long-term success, Raul plays a key role in optimizing relationships and driving business growth in the digital signage industry.

With over 20 years of experience in project management, operations, and client relations, Matthew has built a career around driving strategic growth, operational efficiency, and customer success. His background spans multiple industries, including elections technology and AV integration, where he has led teams, streamlined processes, and implemented solutions that deliver measurable results.
Currently, Matthew serves as the National Sales Director of the LED Experts Group, a division of CrimsonAV, where he focuses on sales development, product strategy, and market expansion within the digital display and dvLED space. His expertise lies in helping integrators and partners navigate complex installations, optimize LED technology applications, and enhance customer experiences through innovative display solutions.
