Chris is an experienced and passionate technical event and broadcast leader with 15 years executing across EMEA, APAC & the Caribbean. He has a proven track record of developing innovative teams, processes and productions in major tech organisations, as well as with high profile music artists. Over the course of the last 15 years, Chris has worked in leading service owner roles for Deliveroo, TikTok, Snap, Google, Meta, enabling technically flawless and engaging production delivery. Currently, he is leading the team at CFLEX Event Solutions; a results-driven production supplier, specialising in delivering uniquely innovative live and virtual events.
Chris has led end to end production delivery across multiple verticals, countries and event formats. Notable projects include: The Hunger Games Premieres, Ed Sheeran’s EURO2020 livestream with TikTok, Sir Elton John, Alicia Keys’ Christmas Show with Apple, Coldplay’s Red Nose Day concert. His career has also included leading broadcast systems engineering for Google in EMEA, tour management for O2, technical event directorship for Meta in EMEA and brand activation for SAMSUNG.

Jamie Duemo is the Founder Partner of Dynadue Technology Partners, providing global technical consulting services for Digital Supply Chains, Live Production, Broadcast, AI/ML and Streaming workloads.
Starting initially as an operator at a PBS affiliate, she volunteered for every project possible. And, as it often does, one opportunity continually evolved into other opportunities. Over the past 28 years, Jamie led major technical and operational transformations at multiple media companies such as Warner Bros Discovery, Comcast, and Paramount (on-premise and in Cloud). Prior to launching her current company, Jamie served as the Global Innovation Leader at Amazon Web Services where she combined her technical expertise with her business acumen to make significant contributions within the industry.

ith nearly three decades of experience in audio, video, and lighting, Peter Fitton is a seasoned Solutions Architect who partners with broadcast, house-of-worship, entertainment, and corporate clients to design and integrate cutting-edge technologies that elevate storytelling and communication.
eter’s deep expertise in live production environments—spanning theatre, concerts, corporate events, and worship spaces—gives him a unique perspective on how technology impacts both creativity and usability. He believes that great design starts with a holistic, user-focused approach, ensuring that technology is intuitive, accessible, and purpose-driven—solving problems rather than creating them.
Beyond system design, Peter is a skilled live video director, video engineer, camera operator, and church production training specialist. He has also served as a faculty instructor and longtime member of AVIXA, as well as a faculty instructor for the FILO Conference, sharing his knowledge to empower the next generation of AV professionals.

Rachael Harris is Engineering Director, Event Solutions, on the livestream video team at American Express. She began her career as a lighting technician in New Jersey regional theaters and has since expanded her skill set to include Technical Direction, Stage Management, Production Management, and Venue Management for a variety of live event sectors. After Rachael joined her first AV company as a Technical Manager, she developed her understanding of end-user operation and corporate AV system design & installation. Rachael brings a showbiz lens to her projects and strives to furnish both colleagues and clients with streamlined, approachable solutions that deliver smooth shows and communications.

As the CEO and Founder of Iron Dragon TV and IDTVFlix, Janell has been leading the development and production of original and innovative content for television, film, and web platforms since 2014. Her passion and expertise lie in the action and martial arts genre, where she has created and launched the first and only streaming service and film festival dedicated to this niche market, reaching millions of viewers and fans worldwide.
With more than 17 years of experience as a producer, director, author, stunt woman, and martial arts master, Janell has a proven track record of delivering high-quality and award-winning projects that appeal to a broad and diverse audience. She is also a coach and instructor for an elite leadership team that trains groups internationally, and a board member for several organizations that promote women in film and television, combat child trafficking, and support orphaned children. She is driven by her mission to empower, inspire, and entertain people through her media and philanthropic endeavors.
