The CTS Ethics and Disciplinary Committee (the Committee) is guided by the CTS Code of Ethics and Conduct (the Code), and by the Rules and Procedures of the Code regarding ethical and professional discipline complaints. The Committee is charged with the investigation and action of possible violations of the Code to ensure that any person who has applied for, or has been awarded certification, is practicing in accordance with professional and community standards, and to protect the public against unprofessional and unethical conduct by CTS applicants/ certificants. Based upon the guidelines noted above, below is a list of current case actions and sanctions taken by the Committee:
