CTS Prep can help ease your nerves and boost your confidence before you take the exam. 

Through this course, you will practice your test-taking skills and focus on key areas you need to focus your study time. 
In this virtual learning opportunity, three days a week for two weeks, you’ll attend lectures and do group work with your peers just like you would in a classroom setting. Along with a running chat to help you learn during the course, you’ll also have access to the AV Math Online course for FREE! The sooner you register, the more time you'll have to utilize this resource!

WHO SHOULD TAKE THIS COURSE

• Members and non-members who are preparing for AVIXA’s Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) credential.
• Current CTS holders who want to refresh their knowledge.

Prerequisites

It is strongly recommended that students complete Essentials of AV Technology or pass the AVIXA-Recognized AV Technologist Test before taking CTS Prep. The CTS Exam Guide is also a recommended study resource. It's a helpful tool to have during CTS Prep!

Before “retiring” from AVIXA as the Regional Director for Oceania in 2017, Rod Brown, CTS-D, CTS-I has taught InfoComm University courses, presented seminars at industry events, delivered AV education webinars, and worked on the creation of new and updated learning content. 
Prior to joining InfoComm, Rod was a sound and audiovisual communications consultant based in Melbourne, Australia. His company had clients in the corporate, education, entertainment, legislative, transportation, and worship areas in Australia and internationally. The foundation to Rod's expertise, particularly at a practical level, derives from his extensive experience in broadcast television, live theatre, concerts, and cinema.
