AVIXA Course Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel your registration 30 or more calendar days prior to the beginning of a course, you may be issued a full refund.
- If you cancel your registration fewer than 30 calendar days prior to the beginning of a course, you may use your registration fee as a credit towards another course in the same calendar year. However, no refunds will be issued.
- If the course price increases, you will be responsible for paying the difference between your credit amount and the updated price.
- If no virtual or onsite course is offered in the same calendar year, you may apply your registration fee to another course the following year. Only one transfer is allowed per registrant/registration.
- Transfers are not eligible for training at InfoComm Trade Shows.
- No-shows are not refunded, nor are they given credit for a transfer.
- If you are eligible for a course transfer, it is the responsibility of the attendee to contact AVIXA to register for a course within the same calendar year. An exception will be made if you receive a credit towards the end of the year, and the next available course is scheduled for the following calendar year.
- Online course registration adjustments can be made within three business days of purchase through Customer Service. Beyond that, all online course purchases are final.
- AVIXA reserves the right to cancel courses due to lack of enrollment. Non-refundable expenses are the responsibility of the registrant.
- Classroom courses will begin, and end as scheduled. Any student who misses 2+ hours of class time for a course that’s less than 24-hours, or 4+ hours of class time for a course that’s 24-hours or more, will not be granted a certificate of completion, earn any renewal units (RUs), or be eligible for a transfer*.
*If absence or late arrival is due to inclement weather, illness, or family emergencies, you may be eligible for a transfer.
Membership
- When upgrading or joining as a New Enterprise Member, as an Individual Member (Premium or Elite), the funds used to purchase the individual membership may be refunded to the original form of payment, if the enterprise membership upgrade/join request, occurs within 30 days of payment date of the individual membership.
- After 30 days, the individual membership will be incorporated into the new corporate enterprise membership purchase.
Payment
- A place in the course will be reserved for you upon receipt of full payment. If full payment has not been received, a seat for you in the course cannot be guaranteed and may be forfeited.
