Fred Loucks has spent his entire career mastering the arcane arts of AV. He's worked for both large Fortune 100 companies and SCN Top 50 integrators. An engineer at heart, he's passionate about monitoring and managing AV at scale, and has dedicated years of his life towards understanding how to do so effectively and why it’s been so difficult historically. By day, Fred is a Product Manager at Zoom working on large-scale automation in Zoom's demo environment. Prior to Zoom, he was a Product Manager at Domotz, a vendor-neutral remote monitoring & management platform. By night, Fred provides consultation and education services to AV businesses.
